Located less than a mile from NDSU, Downtown Fargo, and scenic Red River walking trails. A close drive to the Fargo Dome and many local parks and golf courses. This home provides a cozy atmosphere and fenced in backyard with plenty of amenities to make your stay memorable. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor as well as a living room, updated kitchen and 3-season porch. Downstairs you’ll find a full bathroom and bedroom, an additional family room equipped with laundry, dedicated working space with high speed internet, and a vintage arcade console with many different game options to choose from! Our backyard patio is fully fenced, giving you the perfect private outdoor space to relax. While the neighborhood is typically quieter, there may be some street noise so please feel free to use the sound machine in each room!
